DeNeefe De Neefe Signs Pty. Ltd. make this statement having regard to it's obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 (including the new National Privacy Principles), (the Privacy Act).

COLLECTION: Any personal information collected by De Neefe Signs will only be used in accordance with the relevant legislation

DISCLOSURE: De Neefe Signs will not disclose any information that contravenes the relevant legislation taking into account that the Company meets it's civil and legal obligations.

INFORMATION QUALITY: De Neefe Signs will ensure that all relevant information will comply with our Quality Assurance Program for review, storage or destruction etc.

INFORMATION SECURITY: De Neefe Signs will take all reasonable steps to ensure that any relevant information covered by the Privacy Act is only accessible by people within the organisation who have a genuine "need to know" or 'right to know".

ACCESS AND CORRECTION: Any person/s or organisation that wish to access their personal information for the purposes of inspection may do so at any time. Any person/s or organisation wishing to lodge a request to access and/or correct their Personal Information should do so by contacting their relevant Department Manager/Supervisor or contact within the company.

OPENNESS: De Neefe Signs - Human Resources representative will be the first contact for inquiries about privacy issues. Complaints will be managed according to CP 16 - Complaints and Grievances Policy & Procedures. De Neefe Signs will display this statement in a prominent position for all to read. (Note: a full copy of our Privacy Policy can be viewed through Human Resources or Branch Management).

ANONYMOUS TRANSACTIONS: De Neefe Signs will not make it mandatory for visitors to our Website to provide Personal Information unless such information is required to answer an inquiry or provide a service. De Neefe Signs may however request visitors to provide Personal Information to us on a voluntary basis .

TRANSFERRING PERSONAL INFORMATION OVERSEAS: If Personal Information must be sent overseas, De Neefe Signs will inform the relevant receiver that the information must be used in accordance with the National Privacy Principles .
